LIFT - Lower with Adam
Great small group PT experience. Hands on and suitable for most people though I’d recommend having at least a basic understanding of weight training and technique.
LIFT - Lower with Matt
Really good, hands on strength session. Suitable for all fitness levels but would definitely help to have weights experience as most of the people in the class were quite strong and experienced with the movements. Not intimidating though and will definitely do it again!

Matt was really great showing me how to do certain exercises and not judging little old me for being weak as hell
