Tabata training is a specific version of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that was perfected and popularized by Professor Izumi Tabata. This scientifically proven and effective training method promotes maximum fat burn and performance 20 seconds at a time. Expect to use all of your favorite tools during 45 minutes of high-energy fun.

How to prepare

Clients only need to bring proper attire, shoes, and a water bottle (there is a water fountain and bottled water for sale if needed). Yoga mats are available free of charge but members may bring their own if they prefer.

How to get there

Heat is located on the corner of Glenwood Ave. and North St. in downtown Raleigh. There is a paid parking lot behind the building and street parking. Use the parking machine on Glenwood Avenue and enter our coupon when prompted (HEAT100) for free parking in the parking lot while you are in class.

What is ClassPass?
