About this class

Tabata training is a specific version of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that was perfected and popularized by Professor Izumi Tabata. This scientifically proven and effective training method promotes maximum fat burn and performance 20 seconds at a time. Expect to use all of your favorite tools during 45 minutes of high-energy fun.

How to prepare

Students only need to bring proper attire and a water bottle (though they do have a water fountain). Yoga mats are available free of charge but members may bring their own if they prefer.

How to get there

Heat is located on the corner of Glenwood Ave. and North St. in downtown Raleigh. There is a free parking lot behind the building as well as free street parking.

First class using Class Pass and I will definitely be back! This sort of class: you get out what you put in. You can push yourself to the max or you can pull back a bit if youre new or if you havent hit the gym in a while.
