Whether you are new to the weight room or an iron pumping veteran looking to up your game, Heat strength can help by providing a safe environment with experienced trainers who will help you put on muscle and increase strength while avoiding injuries. Enjoy a strategic and individualized approach that will address weaknesses, achieve muscle balance and turn your body into a fat burning machine! Join them and get back to basics as you work through variations on the classic lifts (squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, push-up and presses) and mix in plyometrics and core strengthening exercises for a truly versatile workout.

How to prepare

Clients only need to bring proper attire, shoes, and a water bottle (there is a water fountain and bottled water for sale if needed). Yoga mats are available free of charge but members may bring their own if they prefer.

How to get there

Heat is located on the corner of Glenwood Ave. and North St. in downtown Raleigh. There is a paid parking lot behind the building and street parking. Use the parking machine on Glenwood Avenue and enter our coupon when prompted (HEAT100) for free parking in the parking lot while you are in class.

A lot of waiting around. During a partner based workout one morning at 6am, one partner did the workout while the other waited. Then we switched. Everyone probably waited around for 20 mins of this 45 minute class. I don’t think that’s how it was supposed to be....but that’s how it was.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
