Nourishing instructor!

Really sweet instructor and very chill. Definitely as the description stated, not a class for you if you're looking for a hard workout. But nice if you've had a long day and need a good stretch.

Angela was amazing and the class was great for all levels. The gym did provide mats-- contrary to what was listed online. Also the classroom is not open until 8 so best not to arrive too early.
