Temperature checks

Temperature taking & scanning of Safe Entry QR code (both building and studio) is compulsory for all before sessions.

Social distancing measures

Onsite group classes size are reduced. Our reformers have been arranged (2-3metres apart) to comply with this measure.

Mask-wearing policies

While masks is not compulsory during exercise, we do recommend keeping your mask on for the safety of everyone in the studio. If you are experiencing discomfort with breathing, we suggest you lower your mask to breathe through your nose.

Limited capacity

Onsite classes are kept at 5-6pax (excluding the instructor).
