About this class

This in an energetic workout that focuses on toning muscles and strengthening the core with intermittent cardio intervals mixed in. A variety of full body exercises will be performed using the Bosu ball, dumbbells and body weight. It is a fast-paced workout that will include bouts of lower-intensity and higher-intensity exercises. Participants will perform exercises for either a set number of repetitions or for a set amount of time. You will leave this class wanting to come back for more!

This class was great. The instructor asked about limitations and was very encouraging when it came to modifications. It was definitely very challenging, I consider myself to be in decent shape and I had a bit of a tough time. I will definitely return.

What is ClassPass?
