About this class

Our indoor bootcamp classes are designed completely around efficient results. This 50-minute high intensity workout is like nothing you have ever experienced before! We offer multiple class times 7 days a week. Our Olympic-caliber trainers design every class to offer a unique calorie-burning experience, while monitoring each recruit individually to create a fun, supportive and healthy atmosphere for all levels.

How to prepare

For Barre classes socks are required in the studio. For Boxing classes you must bring your own boxing gloves & hand wraps For Yoga classes you must bring your own mat. Gloves, Socks, Wraps available for sale at studio.

How to get there

We are located in East Sacramento at 1717 34th Street. We are just off of Highway 50 or Business 80. We are located on the east side of 34th Street in between Stockton Blvd & Folsom Blvd.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
