Ready to kick up your heart rate and burn out your core? Looking to change up your regular Fierce routine? SAY NO MORE, FAM. The HIIT + Core class combines 25 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training off the machine and 20 minutes of center core + obliques for the most badass, calorie burning, efficient workout ever. Bring your tennis shoes and sticky socks and be prepared to SWEAT**We recommend that you take about 10 Fierce Classes prior to signing-up for HIIT + Core.**

Fierce Movement - HIIT + Core with Angela
I love other classes at this studio but this new format has several bumps that need to be worked out. As someone who takes HIIT classes all the time this is my least favorite. I love HIIT because it’s always changing and makes it go by fast, but with this class having you do 8 sets of 1 movement it seems like it goes on and on.

The HIIT part was boring and repetitive. Abs was great though.

I really like the idea of combining HIIT with Pilates, but the cardio part of this class was really repetitive. .. doing twisting jumpsquats for 5 minutes straight,for example, gets boring and it's hard to stay motivated. I realize this is a new class, though. I think if they include more variety, this class will be awesome

How to prepare

Please bring sticky socks, a water bottle, and your badass self! First time?? Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before the class start time, as a machine and studio walkthrough is required beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to take class even if you have taken a similar method in the past. Thanks for understanding! Sticky socks are required for class. Please bring your own, or you my purchase a pair at the studio.

What is ClassPass?
