How to prepare

If you are beginner, please attend an Intro class as your first class at Essence. This is for your own safety and for the benefit of the others in the class. Experience is a prerequiste for all reformer classes. Please bring socks for reformer classes and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Parking is available behind the building and in Hardy Street. Remember to turn off your mobile phone and arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may be refused entry to the class.

How to get there

Essence is located just off Labouchere Rd in Hardy Street. If you are coming from North of the river take the Mill Point Rd Exit off the freeway.

What is ClassPass?
