Loved the stations

It seemed easy when Jil showed us each station, but it’s really not! After the 2nd round, you’re tired and feel like giving up lol. It was a great workout, I sweat a lot, and I woke up sore the next day!

I liked this class. Wasnt too intense; probably held my heart rate at a nice fat burning zone for the course of the class.

I really like Karlee, I think she has great energy and is very clear when explaining exercises. Overall, its a challenging workout. My issue is with the studio, because the workout is really fast-paced and everybody changes stations it becomes a sweat fest and I ended up touching stuff I didnt want to put my hands on. There probably should be wiping between each round.

I have gone to The Blast class and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. I thought I would give this one a try. While the exercise itself was challenging and fun, the coach was horrible. There is a difference between being motivating and rude. I gave this class all my effort; anyone who comes to a class as challenging as this doesnt do that lightly. Jil snapped in my face, yelled at me because I didnt remember some of the movements (it was my first time), slapped me on the butt and when I told her I wasnt comfortable doing a movement due to a shoulder injury she snapped back what injury in a tone like I was making it up. I tried to tune it out and focus on the class. When my partner and I left, she said she couldnt believe how rude Jil was being to me. I wont be going back. Stick to classes with other trainers.

Love the partner practice - they keep you accountable and motivated to keep going. Jil was an awesome instructor, equal parts encouraging and butt-kicking (figuratively). Super straightforward instructions at the beginning and if you forget, shes watching you and can guide you.
