Great for all levels of fitness. This class is designed to increase your overall energy! Metabolic conditioning, or MetCon, helps build lean muscle and reduce body fat while also increasing endurance. MetCon training combines HIIT and strength exercises. We hit every muscle group so be ready for anything. This class uses everything from kettlebells, dumbbells, and slam balls to get you in your best shape.

How to prepare
Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts, especially if you are attending your first class. This will allow the teacher enough time to get you set up properly.
