How to prepare

If it's your first time visiting Elite Fitness Studio, please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time and bring a valid ID. Wear proper workout attire. Towel service is provided at the front desk. Mats are provided for Pilates Mat and Yoga classes. Cycles are equipped with cages and SPD pedals. Key pad locks and shower stalls in both female and male locker rooms.

How to get there

Elite Fitness Studio is conveniently located in the Columbia Waterfront District at 111 Union Street (between Columbia and Van Brunt) easily accessible from the BQE, B61 and F & G Subway lines.

Unable to hear instructor over the music AND there with the malfunction of the timer / bell. I never knew when exercises started and stopped or if there was a break between sets. Feeling lost / wrong was needlessly discouraging during a strenuous class.

I wanted to love this class, but it wasn’t high intensity at all. While the instructor was lovely and very kind, it was not the type of class I was looking for. I still felt like I had somewhat of a workout, but will have to do some additional cardio in a second round of a workout today. That’s usually not the plan when you commit to a class.

I wanted to like this, as its really close to my apartment, but it just wasnt hard. The warmup is odd and involves a lot of work on your knees (where we had to get our own mats, as none were given), and the warmup AND class involve a lot of deep squat/hip and ankle mobility stuff, which just wasnt comfortable. If he cut the warmup in half and made the entire class like the ending circuit, it would be solid. But theres nothing HIIT about the entire second drill.

Jennifer has a great friendly energy and makes her classes dynamic and challenging. She offers lots of modifications which makes the class hard for all levels- tons of HIIT packed into 1 hour! Love coming to her class

What is ClassPass?
