About this class

Springboard offers unique core-training benefits. Besides offering a nice change-up from the common floor exercises. We recommend comfortable fitting exercise clothing, but nothing that could catch in the equipment; those with long hair, we suggest you tie it back. • EHS Pilates observes a 12-hour cancellation policy for Group Classes. • All Group Classes run on a 50-minute hour. • If only one (1) client is signed up for a group class, it is trainer’s discretion to run a 1/2 hour private session. • If client is 25 minutes late to any scheduled class without notification it will be considered a late cancellation. Tips for new clients: • Arrive a few minutes early to your first session. • Please wear comfortable workout clothes. Socks are required. • Please bring your own water bottle. We have a hydration station.

Hilda is a master. expect a precise, intention hour it subtle core and alignment work. this is not a high-octane sweatfest. I enjoyed this on a recovery day, following a challenging training session. I'll definitely be back.

Great way to unwind after a day at the office. Like a relaxing stretch class. Felt taller as I left the studio.

The class was good, but definitely easy. If you are a beginner or looking for a low key class then this is for you. If you want a challenge probably not the right class. The instructor was good at explaining things, though.

What is ClassPass?
