How it works

About this class

Set to upbeat music and paced with the breath, demanding strength and balance postures tone and sculpt different muscle groups in a dynamic, whole-body flow that both requires and generates energy. Then, with the simple support of blocks, achieve a deep physical release in restorative postures known to reduce blood pressure, inflammation, and anxiety, promoting a heightened state of focused awareness. Students are invited to be playful and curious on their mats in this practice guaranteed to help transform your body and your mind. *Perfect for all levels of practice; Instructors offer modifications to support or challenge students, as needed.

Restorative Flow Yoga with Julie
The instructor was not very organized and there were not enough props for everyone even though there were only about ten people in the class. The room was not very inviting, and the instructor did not dim the lights during savasana which was a bummer- especially because it was for a restorative yoga class. The front desk employees were very warm and welcoming though! I would consider going back to this gym for a different class, just not this one.
