How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

This teacher just screams whole the music is so loud it is warped. Waste of time

That was a joke of a class. I dont know if the instructor has had any training in proper spin technique or drills. At the beginning of class she was telling people to set up their bikes incorrectly and in a way that could injure them. Also she was telling us to be in a hill but have a cadence of 120 rpms. That is ridiculous.

Playlist was less than satisfactory but the class was AMAZING. Awesome workout!

His class style was nothing like Ive experience before. Swearing and screaming was his teaching style. A good sweat regardless of lack of formal teaching, cues and technique.
