Party Ride with Phyllis
Good work out and motivating instructor! She did a great job of making sure everyone had the right resistance, etc.
Party Ride with John
The instructor (John) was awful. I used to love this class because it was not only challenging, but fun and inspirational as well. This new instructor made the class miserable and I definitely won't be returning to his class.
Party Ride with Michael
Pretty good. Some moves made me feel like a monkey and I wasn't a fan of the drum sticks. Still got a good workout and great music
Party Ride with Michael
Fun vibe, would appreciate more measurement but was good start to weekend
Party Ride with April
Bikes are terrible. Class is terrible. Waste of time.
Party Ride with Michael
It was a very intense and fun class.
Party Ride with Michael
The instructor is a sexual harassment lawsuit waiting to happen. Rather than actually ride the workout (of which he did less than 5%) he walked around the room, occasionally pounded on drumsticks and creepily held the hands of many of the students in the class during a strange drill. In over 300 spin classes in 20+ studios I have never seen an instructor touch anyone during a class. This is NOT OK behavior.
Party Ride with Michael
Super weird class and not in a good way
Party Ride with Michael
I had trouble hearing the instructor but his energy and enthusiasm was great!
Party Ride with Michael
Sub Katrina had amazing energy!
