About this class

This fun and challenging pole fitness class, taught by XPERT Pole Fitness trained instructors, provides you with a safe and fun environment to learn a variety of pole fitness techniques, dance choreography, and combination flows that will increase your upper body and core strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. Learn to push, pull, lift and suspend your body weight while gracefully moving on and off the pole. Pole Fitness is a full body workout. Shorts recommended (no heels required).

How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Xpole class- poor organization and teaching. The students are left alone to do what they are up to. No guidance from instructors.

Not friendly to beginners. Too many participants and not enough poles. Class was not structured well. Only a few seasoned participants were really dancing..

What is ClassPass?
