About this class

Strength and endurance work on the TRX Suspension Trainer. An effective total body workout in a free flowing format. Instructors demonstrate variations on movement patterns to allow all participants to train at the level that works for them. Most classes will include periodic segments of cardiovascular exercise designed to keep participant heart rates up throughout the session.*Please note, credits for CRUfit classes do not apply to ClassPass reservations!

How to prepare

CRUfit provides gym towels for use during classes, but please bring your own bath towel if you wish to shower. They have filtered water which can be used to fill your water bottle. Bottled water is also available for $1. For cycling please wear sneakers or bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats. *Please note, credits for CRUfit classes do not apply to ClassPass reservations!

How to get there

Street parking is usually easy for early AM and evening classes. If street parking is scarce midday, park in the lot at the top of LaSalle (a 2 min walk to CRUfit). The first 20 min will be free. You will then pay $1 per hour with validation from CRUfit. *Please note, credits for CRUfit classes do not apply to ClassPass reservations!

I like the concept of this class since the variety of exercises keep me from getting bored. However it was clear some people had been long time attendees of this class and others like myself were new, but the instructor gave no introduction and didn’t ask if anyone was new or needed help with how to adjust the TRX straps. She went through demos of the exercises very quickly and didn’t really pay attention to giving people suggestions or corrections. Just didn’t feel very inviting - class was not for me.

Tough workout. It is fast faced. I wouldn’t recommend for beginners due to the pace and the bigger class size but awesome workout if you are familiar with trx

Man Ive been to this place 3 times and this class is the truth!! I do a lot of cardio but this class had me wiped out lol. Great class!!

It wasn't the most challenging class I've taken, but well-paced for someone trying TRX for the first time. Diana was great at explaining the different circuits and had a lot of energy.

The class was organized so that everyone did each exercise at the same time and the pace was rather quick. Thats great if you have a fast pace but challenging and frustrating if you dont. Also I thought more time could have been used to explain the exercises.
