About this class
CrossFit Birkenhead classes are programmed around 3 pillars---constant variation, functional movements, and high-intensity. Everyday will be different and challenging to keep your body guessing and improving. The 45-minute classes consist of a warm up, a strength or gymnastics session, and the main "Workout of the Day"(WOD). All classes are specifically designed to be scaled to any ability or limitation, if needed. CrossFit can be done by anyone regardless of ability or previous experience.

How to prepare
Wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! Bring water if you'd like! We have a cold-water cooler for refills. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your form.
How to get there
CrossFit Birkenhead can be located at 22 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead, Auckland (behind the post office). Our parking lot is down the drive-way on the right-hand side. Please do not park in the gravel driveway.
