see all reviewsI appreciate that Jaryl opens the door promptly 5 mins before class to allow first timers adjust the bike correctly - he takes time to do that and doesn’t rush thru the steps! But I feel that for newbies to spin, his class is tougher to follow - a lot of variations and you really have to look at regulars to understand what he meant. Another instructor, Jasper’s, class is more manageable if you’re new to spin!

see all reviewsReally great session. The “moves” were well curated (well targeted / working “area by area”). Instructor was very attentive to everyone (careful observer and corrector). She also explained in an easy to understand way (not over-doing it / lengthy). And though this past is not controllable/yet important - her voice was calm and soothing (which can make or break a workout - since you have to listen to it throughout).

Studio is also beginner friendly but do go at least 20 min early if you are a first timer because 1) they will give you pre-lessons on boxing. 2) if you have boxing wraps that needs wrapping (the non-glove types) they'll teach you/help you wrap them 3) familiarize yourself with the locker system.

see all reviewsI'm seriously addicted to spinning. Help ~ On a serious note, Nicole is so good with leading the class, and her playlist is vibing! Also at the beginning of class, she goes around seeing who needed help setting up their bikes. (There are also staffs helping with adjusting the bikes in case the knobs are sometimes too tight to turn.. Tip: use the towel). Btw, do arrive early like 15-20 min (at the very least 10 min before class starts) as spin studios are strict on timing, as you need time to set up the bike before class starts and gets too dark; also you can't enter class after the door is closed. Seriously though, spinning is so addictive and the Revolution instructors are sooooo good!

see all reviewsChallenging in all the right ways! Kenneth’s sequencing is spot on. The nature of the class doesn’t lend itself to detailed instructions on technique so it’s definitely not for beginners - person next to me kept falling outside of her mat and nearly onto mine so it was very disruptive. Would also appreciate if the studio would adopt a no phone policy, screens lighting up with notifications don’t make for a conducive practice environment.
