This was maybe the most intense class I’ve ever done, and I loved it. Coss challenges you but is also supportive and encouraging. Will definitely be back!

Did not like the cadence. Very rushed with no breaks. Effectively a workout you could do from a video. Could have been more instructional.

Hard workout but some of the movements are so fast, it could be easy to get injured in the class.

Really fun class and not at all what I expected. No weights, no equipment. Just a foam mat, red light dark room, and 30 people (6:30 was packed) sweating it out. The Monday workout was a series of 4 round, 3 movement bursts non stop. Not really for beginners as the instructor quickly says what to do, then GO and you hit the floor moving. It was solid cardio conditioning and the instructor/ class vibe was warm but demanding. Don't be intimidated by the theme, go for it!

What is ClassPass?
