About this class

Put that week of stress, overeating and chair-sitting behind you in this group fitness class. Get your weekend started right. We're going to work your body, from your toes to your nose. You’ll never get bored with this high-energy indoor bootcamp. Those flabby triceps will thank you later. Let's not only do one set, but super-set all your reps with Super Set Saturday. At the brand new ConBody Studio, the workout is about doing more with less, starting with the fact that you take class barefoot (or in socks). You will use your bodyweight in surprisingly brutal, basic ways. We use repetition and intensity to supercharge the simple things, which can sound ludicrous -- but is insanely challenging! We bring teamwork & achievable workouts to a boutique fitness market known for bells, whistles, and amenities. At ConBody, our trainers are our workout -- each one of them has a genuine and unique personal transformation story, demeanor, and mission sure to get you addicted to #dothetiime.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
