About this class

Conbody is a prison-inspired, full-body workout using only your bodyweight. The workout includes cardio, HIIT, conditioning, and strength training. While serving a prison sentence in his 9’x6’ cell, Coss Marte developed a unique and effective exercise program without the need for any equipment. Using military bootcamp techniques, and some additional secrets that Coss developed himself, this program is designed to be completed anywhere, anytime.

What is ClassPass?
