About this class

The Yoga Sculpt is a class unique to BURN. They combine the "Power of Three' - pilates, barre and yoga through poses, balance and free weights. In addition, they use their BURN technology where clients wear heart rate monitors that will track their heart rate and power in real time on their 70-inch TV. These stats will also be uploaded to your BURN website so you can track your workouts, daily/weekly calories burned, and more. There are those who don't think of Yoga as a "real" workout. After taking this class minds will be changed forever!
