This class is designed to be the perfect low impact complement to the other workouts offered at BURN. Their Yoga instructors teach this class focusing on the muscles most used by BURN athletes, paying close attention to quads, hamstrings, and shoulders. These are the most neglected areas and ones that can cause athletes the most problems. These classes are great by themselves or immediately following Burn Cycle, BurnBox or any activity of your choosing!
