Biggest Booty Burn of the week! Glutecamp teaches better activation of the glute muscles. Perfect for beginners all the way up to our regulars. The majority of the exercises are done with bands, focusing on isolating the smaller muscles of the butt. Plays a huge role in lifting the booty! Class is split up between intervals on the Stairmaster and resistance training.

Thank you for coming to Bunda! During glutecamp we are focusing more on isolating exercises and on engaging smaller muscles of the butt. Could be harder! I went for the first time and went at the max or beyond the instructors recommendations and still wasn’t as sore as i expected

Glad you liked the class! If you need individual assistance during class sometimes it is hard for the instructor to personally help you. This is why we ask new people to get to class 10 minutes early so they can attend our orientation of the equipment.

Yes! Our program focus on lower body training. Working out lower body has been scientifically proven to burn the most calories and will result in a total body change. You can always email us if you have any concerns. I hope we will see you back soon :)

What is ClassPass?
