About this class

The first, or primary, series of ashtanga is a set sequence of poses and takes one and a half to two hours to complete depending on the practitioner. Ashtanga improvisation draws from the first and subsequent series of ashtanga. The teacher is able to freestyle the sequencing and expose students to the different aspects of the ashtanga method.

What is ClassPass?
