About this class

These classes are for all levels. You will each use one our customized pilates machines to TONE and define your muscles. A 45 minute class is led by an instructor guiding you through each exercise that targets your total body giving you a shortcut to fitness. Students should arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure their spot is not given away to a standby student. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED.

How to prepare

GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED, they are available for purchase at the studio please arrive early to purchase. Please note, Circuit Row classes require sneakers. Bring a water bottle for filtered water. Please bring a hand towel if you need one. They do have one shower with shampoo and body wash. Must bring your own towel.

How to get there

Late arrivals will NOT be permitted into class and will count as a missed class. You must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. NOTE: Reservations are valid at the confirmed location ONLY. If a user goes to the wrong location, they will be charged a missed class fee for not showing at their confirmed location. Additionally, to attend class at Back Bay without a confirmed reservation for the Back Bay location, they must pay the drop-in fee.

The instructor used hard level as a default instead of doing a medium or easy one and tell experienced people how to modify it to be harder. She wasn’t always providing clear guidance on how to modify it to be easier. She didn’t change her strategy even when she saw that at least 4 people were struggling. She didn’t ask about the injuries to make sure to accomdates for it. As a result I really didn’t like the class, think I will never come again and my low back hurts

molley is a great instructor. I've taken a lot of megareformer classes and sometimes instructors are really bad with transitions and helping newbies while keeping the veterans engaged but molley was great!!

What is ClassPass?
