How to prepare

GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED, they are available for purchase at the studio please arrive early to purchase. Please note, Circuit Row classes require sneakers. Bring a water bottle for filtered water. Please bring a hand towel if you need one. They do have one shower with shampoo and body wash. Must bring your own towel.

How to get there

Late arrivals will NOT be permitted into class and will count as a missed class. You must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. NOTE: Reservations are valid at the confirmed location ONLY. If a user goes to the wrong location, they will be charged a missed class fee for not showing at their confirmed location. Additionally, to attend class at Back Bay without a confirmed reservation for the Back Bay location, they must pay the drop-in fee.

Loved this class!!! Laura was so nice, and helpful with tips on how to improve technique. The class was small, but still a hard work out. And the rowing races at the end were really great to push you hard. Loved this class, looking forward to going back!!

This was a great and challenging class. Victoria was very friendly and helpful. We ended with a relay which was a fun way to close it out. Will definitely be going to this class again!

This class was great. The instructor was friendly, helpful, and made sure to help everyone with their form. The class was challenging but there was a good amount of modifications for beginners.

Karen was very disorganized and unprepared. She did not explain the plan clearly and kept changing her mind in the middle of the workout so no one knew what was going on. She then got very flustered/offended/defensive when people weren't keeping up with her plan. She actually said "can you guys please just do what I'm saying??". Not only was it just super socially uncomfortable but she wasted a ton of time that we could have been exercising. Despite this, she left no time to stretch at the end and never once mentioned proper form. One girl's form was totally wrong and it looked like she was really hurting her back as a result of this but I don't think Karen even noticed. I will definitely be avoiding Karen's class in the future.
