About this class

SNEAKERS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS. :-) YOU MUST ARRIVE 15 minutes early to create an account & sign their waiver digitally before arriving in person: https://www.thebrrrn.com/register You rent booties for FREE which you put over your sneakers in order to SLIDE. This 50-minute, 55°F class is focused on core and total body conditioning.  It features the Brrrn board as a means to improve balance, mobility, sculpt legs (especially glutes) strengthen inner thighs & improve core strength and overall muscular endurance. Dress like it's the beginning of Fall, not Winter.

Brrrn's flagship studio is in Flatiron/Chelsea and their exact address is 107 W. 20th Street, NY, NY 10011. The closest trains are the 1 at 18th Street; the F,M at 23rd Street and all of the trains at Union Square. And for those of you who live or work in NJ, the 23rd Street PATH train is also nearby.

Becca was great and class was amazing! Im officially obsessed now. It only felt cold in the first few mins then i had to take my long sleeve shirt off. It was really intense and i loved it!

Great workout! Becca is super sweet and encouraging - I’m a complete newbie and struggled a bit but easy to modify. My legs feel like jelly in a good way!

Awesome workout! Challenging core workout & variety of moves! Also, great instructor!!

Fun and surprisingly challenging without having too many moves that require tedious explanation. I could definitely feel my legs shaking, and love that the instructor incorporated some core, arm, and cardio moves too. The slide board felt like skating and was great for someone like me and who needs low impact, but still wants to work up a sweat.

So so challenging! Great instructor! Will go back. There wasn’t enough 5 lb weights for the class though.

So much fun and a great workout! It’s so different, I had no idea what to expect. You’ll definitely feel the burn! I will definitely go back. I hope they make more variations of the class - beginner, intermediate, advanced.
