About this class

60 minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class that allows the athlete to move through restorative and energizing postures to reset , strengthen and lengthen muscles . The class will address mobility and usage of breath in an approachable way to rejuvenate your weekly athletic programming. Each class will be paired with seated meditation and fun sequencing for the beginner yogi to the intermediate warrior!

Yoga
Great class! It wasn't your typical yoga class though. It's in a room in the back of a gym with other classes going on. The lights stayed on and there was pop music playing, but it was a nice change of pace in terms of yoga classes. Wouldn't recommend if you want a quiet, peaceful class.

Teacher was good. Very stretchy and meditative class.

The class was supposed to be meditative but all you could hear were the grunts and noises of the gym outside the classroom. Not a challenging class at all, but a good moment to just breathe.

Workout was great. But they had just bleached the room and didn't air it out. It was awful and suffocating

How to prepare

Clients are REQUIRED to bring their own gloves and wraps for Kickboxing, as BRICK does not provide them. Be sure to wear athletic clothing and they recommend a flat or minimal shoe! BRICK provides small and large towels for your personal use.

How to get there

All ClassPassers MUST check in at the front desk. Walk through the gate on the right side of the building. Pass the first door and enter through the second door on the left. If you don't check in, you will be marked as a no-show. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will no longer be allowed into class and you will lose your spot. If you miss your reserved time, BRICK will NOT re-schedule you.

What is ClassPass?
