Faster and a lot more intense. To get the most our of this class you need to understand the Pilates Fundamentals & Principles and have quite a few Reformer classes under your belt. Expect significantly more variety – there are literally hundreds of exercises for your Trainer to choose from. You’ll quickly see new levels of core strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. Your posture will improve; you’ll stand taller and straighter, and your physique will become leaner and more toned. This class is not suitable for complete beginners or anyone experiencing pain or with injuries.

Please wear comfortable Fitness Wear, Socks or can be done in bear feet.
How to get there
Around eight minutes’ walk away, turn left out of Richmond station and walk straight ahead all the way down Richmond High Street. At the end, look to your left and you will see a Waterstones book shop. On its left-hand side, with Sweaty Betty to the right, you’ll see the bright green door.
