This class focuses on organ detox and energy vibration. Incorporating stretching breathing and different movements and techniques to stimulate circulation to the internal organs. The instructor guides you through body tapping, brain education and intestine exercise to warm up your body, stimulate your brain and move your Qi for an invigorating, detoxifying experience. This class is best taken on an empty stomach!
