About this class

This class incorporates rhythmic sets of movements to improve core strength and stability. This program utilizes the reformer, springboard, chairs and other props which will aid in the development of lean and tone muscles. Any member can take this class. However, we recommend that anyone new to Pilates should take a few beginners Reformer classes before attending our intermediate Reformer 2 classes.

I liked that this was a challenging class. I wish there was more of a warm up and more stretching.

Jackie seemed knowledgeable and gave nice adjustments. Her class was a tad complicated... but wasnt very productive... which I totally understand waning to keep things fresh and try on new moves!! So I am always down for that! But... unfortunately It also felt like she was shaming people for wanting modifications. At first I thought it was just one thing... and let it go as her wanting to push people further. Then at the end of the class she said this is what a level 2 is about or you could take a modification. As a fitness instructor myself I always encourage students to take the modifications and only push them when their form is ON POINT. Instead of making them feel bad about it. I dont believe it was intentional... but it made me question if I wanted to take her class again.

Awesome awesome , shes a Fabulous instructor . My favorite one at this location , shes informed and kicked my butt. So happy i found her , almost gave up .

The class was high energy and challenging. I gave it 3 stars because I ended up with back pain afterwards and because they tried to make me purchase $16 socks to participate in the class.

Jamie was amazing! It was my first Pilates class and it was great! You can really feel the burn if you focus on form.
