How it works

About this class

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing, dynamic form of yoga connecting breath to movement. All levels are welcome in these classes, from experienced practitioners to those brand new to yoga. Expect to flow through a range of guided postures and close with a relaxing savasana. Our heated classes are warmed to a comfortable 85-90 degrees, just enough to get the sweat flowing and muscles opening!

Awesome class!
Heated Vinyasa with Samara
great class! Samara had a great flow and her iinstructions were clear. solid playlist. simultaneously restorative and physically challenging.
Heated Vinyasa with Danielle
The class wasn’t heated. There was a sub so can’t speak for regular instructor. Some lost places and mis-posture names but was a good slow beginners flow. Small studio but well appointed and clean.

Charlotte is the best! love this class
Heated Vinyasa with Courtney
Courtney was awesome as always. She's great at dealing with a lot of people in a very very small room! 15 is a lot for a glorified living room. The instruction was super precise and the delivery calm. I may not feel as mentally calm as other classes because there is so much to work to do but I am certainly learning a lot and have had my biggest breakthroughs on her classes.
Heated Vinyasa with Courtney
Courtney was awesome! Such a calming, quiet voice & the class was very challenging & she pushed just the right amount to have me put in 100% very helpful adjusting people along the way to correct form. Thank you! I will be back ❤️????????‍♀️
Heated Vinyasa with Courtney
Courtney’s cues and adjustments are specific and very helpful!

Good instructor. But the room is way too small for 15ish people. Mats were like 2inches apart.
Heated Vinyasa with Cara
super crowded in a small space so be ready to workout close to someone! My class was still really enjoyable.
