How it works

About this class

Heated Strong Vinyasa is a strong, isometric yoga class connecting breath to movement. All levels are welcome in these classes, from experienced practitioners to those brand new to yoga, but expect to engage and sweat! Class will include a range of guided postures and close with a relaxing savasana. Our heated classes are warmed to a comfortable 85-90 degrees, just enough to get the sweat flowing and muscles opening!
