Beach Boot Camp is a kick-your-butt workout that will leave you sore, but begging for more! Work with our expert trainers to tighten and tone your ENTIRE body with this INTENSE workout, just in time for swimsuit season. CAUTION: This workout contains CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING, and a BUTT KICKIN’! Intense training on the Beach.

Feeling sore today! when I show up I know I'm gonna get an awesome workout....felt like some of the exercises were a little too hard and I sucked which was a tad discouraging but I think I've been slacking lately so that prolly has a bit to do with it as well :)

whoa!!! how fun to do bootcamp on the sand! def a challenge since im more of a barre and pilates junkie but I wanted my butt kicked and I got it. I liked that Mike & Bryce were serious but not scary. Other people in the class were nice and friendly. I will be back for sure! Got a quick peek at the crossfit people in the studio----cray impressive! Glad this spot joined classpass

What is ClassPass?
