About this class

Intensity - Moderate Levels - All Levels Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Slow Flow will give you the opportunity to work on both strength and flexibility. Expect time to explore your breath in a variety of poses from standing postures to floor work. You will be guided on how to create each posture to fit your body and ability. This class is a good compliment to all styles of movement and yoga and is excellent for those who want to have time to explore their asana practice.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
