25-30 minutes of cardiovascular treadmill intervals and 25-30 minutes of strength training utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands and other equipment to target the chest, back and abdominal muscle groups followed by a short stretch and cool down.

Wow. Seriously — this class is amazing!! I was nervous because I’ve never done anything like this, but it’s easy to catch on, everyone is working on themselves so there’s no comparison or feeling insecure. It is just good, hard work! The music is great, and Amanda was an awesome instructor. I’ll definitely be back! I’m a Barry’s Believer!!
