Yoga at Barrecore
About this class
Our bespoke yoga class has been created with the purpose of complementing your barre workouts. We focus on creating openness in those hard to reach areas we work to exhaustion at the barre. You’ll build strength, coordination, and flexibility through smooth transitions, deep stretches and breath awareness. Starting with fluid circular patterns, we flow through a sequence of Asanas, layering more challenging movements at each round to allow progress through repetition. This class is open level with modifications to challenge advanced yogis.This class is not suitable for pregnant clients.

How to prepare
Socks which cover the entire foot must be worn in class (preferably non-slip- available to purchase in Studio). If you're over 5 minutes late we're unable to allow entry due to health and safety. No mobile phones are allowed in Studio. HIIT, SCULPT and ADVANCED classes are not suitable for pregnant women and require you to have taken a minimum number of Barrecore classes before attending. If you cancel a class at Barrecore you may receive an auto-email about cancelation fees BUT ClassPass users are ONLY responsible for ClassPass fees.

Nestled just off Westbourne Grove and only a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Portobello Road, you'll find our Notting Hill Studio.
