Barre3 is a 60-minute workout that mixes athleticism, grace and the latest innovations designed to balance the body. How to prepare

No experience required. Their classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. They supply all props needed. They encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor. The space is beautifully appointed with a changing room that includes lockers, showers and toiletries. For your class needs, the studio has towel service and purified water.

How to get there

Located on the corner of 15th & Sansom. Enter the building on the Sansom side, then walk down the hall to the elevator or take the staircase to the 4th floor. Parking garage is across the street and can be entered on 15th street. To access the building before 8:00am or after 6:15pm, enter *1500 into the call box.

My first barre class ever. The front desk and Jenny, the instructor, were super friendly and welcoming. The studio space is very nice amd clean. Jenny helped me with my form and made me feel comfortable right away. Definitely broke a sweat and had fun. I'd come back here!

Amazing class!! I have taken spin and yoga classes for years. I was looking for something new. This class was challenging in a totally different way than any work out I’ve done before. The micro movements were familiar and definitely exhausted muscles I haven’t used. A+

Instructor was really sweet, but she did not have the same energy as some of the other Barre3 instructors. Her routine was also much more mellow, less upbeat and fast-paced.
