This vigorous 60-minute workout is made up of a highly effective sequence of exercises designed to transform the body to one of equal balance, strength and flexibility. Each client receives personal attention to improve results combined with the motivating and upbeat atmosphere of a group class.

How to prepare

Wear yoga-like attire and bring a water bottle. They have filtered water and supply all props, including a barre3 core ball, light weights, yoga strap, Pilates mat and, of course, a ballet barre.

Love everything about my experience! The instructor Dustin was awesome- it was challenging and I worked up a sweat! The ladies at the front desk were also very welcoming from the time I walked in the door. Will definitely be back!

I love every workout at Barre 3 but I think this was my favorite class thus far! I love Kristy’s high energy style of teaching. I never feel awkward in the workouts she strings together & always feel like I really accomplished a work out when complete!
