Aerial Yoga (Beginner)
This class is absolutely amazing. My first time doing aerial yoga and the instructor Amy was extremely helpful, and kind, inspiring, funny. Abian was also super great into helping us out, or me in this case hehe. All the students happened to be super friendly as well helping each other and supporting me doing some moves that I failed but wanted to do. I never felt this inspired into joining aerial yoga. My suggestion is to take up this class with Amy. It’s just amazing. I went home feeling super satisfied that I did it and contrary to the belief, im super thankful that I didn’t feel any dizziness afterwards.

The class was challenging yet still fun. Amy was really good at encouraging everyone to try and do the poses despite being first timers.
