if you are st all sensitive to motion, be aware that you will be rocking in a swing. I had trouble with this and could not finish the class.

AG Pilates: Open Level with Laura
Laura is not just the best antigravity teacher but the best instructor I've ever had. Laura's cueing, presentation and execution is flawless. Her spirit and energy are contagious and I would recommend anything Laura teaches to everyone. She gives you the courage to fly and the skills to not be afraid. #welovelaura
