Ashtanga (also spelled Astanga) means "eight limbs" in Sanskrit, which refers to the eight limbs of yoga laid out in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The Ashtanga method stresses daily vinyasa flow practice using ujjayi breathing, mula bandha, uddiyana bandha, and drishti. There are six different Ashtanga series, through which a student progresses at his or her own pace. Is Ashtanga for you? Anhao Wellness is located on 1/F and 4/F of Sunny Sky Center at 5 Ladder Street, Mid Levels/ Central, Hong Kong. Please make sure you reach by the top of ladder street as the studio is located near caine road on ladder street.
