About this class
The signature "Aloha Ride" consists of a warm up, followed by high intensity interval training, a portion of upper body strength movements using light hand weights, punctuated with some mindfulness training, and ending with a cool down and stretching. Please arrive 15 MINUTES before class time to get signed in and properly set up on your bike. Those who arrive 5 minutes after class time may be denied access.

How to prepare

What do you need to bring? - Comfortable active wear - Socks - Trainers (for Ride & HIIT) - Water Bottle What do we provide? - Cycling shoes (For all Rides, ranging from EU35-48. Toe cages available for those who prefer to wear trainers) - Face & Bath towels - Water station for refilling Mahalo!
How to get there
Aloha Cycle Club is located at Lot K-0-8B, Ground Floor, Dorchester Service Apartment, Plaza Damas, 60 Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, 50480, Kuala Lumpur. We are located in the same lot as Rubberduck, at the back side of the Dorchester Service Apartment (next to 7-eleven). There is parking available at the shop lot level of Plaza Damas but there is also a car park available with cheaper parking rates. You can enter the car park from Jalan Sri Hartamas 1. The staircase next to column K12 will lead you right up to Aloha!
