About this class

This class combines Kettlebell and TRX that will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. This is an intermediate to advanced level class, you should have at least three to five months of regular practice before attending. ​

How to prepare

Preparation for class: First timers to the studio will require you to arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes before class for the registration. Bring your own towel (if needed). Avoid having a full meal at least 4 hours before class. Kindly declare if you are pregnant or suffering from any health conditions. Useful Information: All classes are air-conditioned. Mats and yoga props are provided. Lockers and changing rooms are provided for your use. Be punctual for classes. Students will not be allowed into the class 10 mins. after class commencement.

Instructor appears not to be prepared. Class was disorganized. Would be good if there can be music. It is a kettlebell class but there was only 1 set of kettlebell?! How can this be.
