Aerial Stretch
Did my first inversion! Yippee
Aerial Stretch
Instructor introduced a lot of deep stretches poses however all the poses were beginner level and the instructor didnt introduce variations for intermediate students to do. This class indicates it was for beginners & intermediates. But I think its more suited to only be for beginners.
Aerial Stretch
Fast-paced, but Ming is very conscientious of beginners. Good conditioning, stretches, and instructions.
