How to prepare

Please wear fitness attire that allows you to move freely in. Also, although it is not required, bringing your own water bottle and towel is highly recommended. Bare feet is absolutely fine. Barre grippy socks are available to purchase at their studios should you wish to wear socks.

Located in St. James Square, head up the steps from Bourke Street. St. James Square is situated on the corner of Bourke & Williams Street, Melbourne CBD.

A good class but would have been a lot easier if the instructor demonstrated the exercises before starting!

No instruction upfront about exercises at each station.

Good class if you motivate yourself - but music stops almost every class, corrections are rarely made and instructor doesnt show the exercises prior circuit so you spend a lot of time figuring out the exercise and then the buzzer rings to change exercises

Ive done this class before and wasnt as good, now I know its the instructor that makes the difference. Kara is encouraging and pushes you to challenge yourself, she also aligns you to the correct posture which I appreciated

What is ClassPass?
