About this class
This class is a combination of three proven fitness trends that change your body, level of fitness, mobility and recovery ability. Every A20 class will have a similar format including: Intro with movement coaching and modification offerings Dynamic, yoga-inspired warm up A20 minute section of high-intensity, functional movement Power yoga inspired sequence to recover the body The intention of the A20 portion of class is to be at your maximum intensity the entire twenty minutes, resting as little as possible. Every class will feature different movements in each part of class, this ensures muscle confusion, which drives quick results.
